Curvisha, my own plus-size fashion brand

The problem

Production orders went to several suppliers over WhatsApp. Size breakdowns, edits and deadlines were spread across chats, and checking status meant calling each supplier.

What I built

A shared system with a mobile portal for each supplier and a desktop dashboard for the brand. Suppliers see only their own orders and update them from their phone.

Key features

• Separate supplier portals with their own passcode and priority levels
• Quantities per size, from S to 10XL
• Order edits with a full history of who changed what
• Filter by supplier, and soft delete so nothing is lost by mistake
• In-app reminders that nudge suppliers about pending orders

Result

Every order, size and change now lives in one place, and both sides see the same information without a phone call.
